I appreciated the fact that I couldn't stay in a room I booked because no one is able to bring keys after 9pm

If you like thieves, you are welcome. If you are looking for an address for a great disappointment, you have chosen the right establishment, you will find happiness with a boss who refuses to change dates and cancel because no one is able to give keys after 9 p.m. because it is not a hotel it is an agency that gives keys for an apartment that is no longer located. Arrival after 9 p.m. is impossible, are we at the nursery?

Great location. Very friendly staff at check in. Big apartment for a good price.

Not much of a negative, but the bathrooms are a little dated. This aside, it was great.

"Verschrikkelijk bedrijf en regelgeving van zaken!"

Verschrikkelijk weekend gehad! We komen aan voor het inchecken en er wordt ons gezegd “slecht nieuws de huurder van het appartement wilt niet meer het appartement verhuren. Wij stonden daar met een bek vol tanden. Moesten in een studio slapen waar zwarte haren van andere in het bed lagen, het 10 keer kleiner was en het stonk. Wij zijn zeer ontevreden, een andere plek zoeken had voor ons al geen zin meer, omdat het diezelfde dag nog moest en anders onze middag helemaal weg was. (We bleven maar 2 dagen 1 nacht). Niemand kon ons iets vertellen over een vergoeding of iets van compensatie. Wij zijn woedend en teleurgesteld!

Alles viel tegen! Nul communicatie

We arrived at separate checkin venue to be told the heating had stopped at appartment so they were upgrading us to a different appartment in a totally different location. We didnt believe a word of it. Look at previous reviews of complete changes. Why didnt they communicate this earlier in booking. Com so we could have had a refund and booked somewhere WE HAD CHOSEN.or fully seen and discussed a new venue. I steamed on the spot.HATE LIES which is what i thought was going on. . And getting you when changing is difficult SO BE WARNED IF YOU BOOK THIS YOU MAY NOT GET IT. In my opinion the photos are to lure you in and then they change things without proper consultation. The different venue was ok, warm comfortable but not the location and property i had booked. Booking .com should take this up with the owners

Stai proprio in centro.

Check in lontano dalla struttura. Poca pulizia. Asciugamani vecchi e pochi. Lenzuola pulite ma con macchie la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare.
