- l’hôte nous a placé dans un appartement qui n’est pas conforme à la réservation. Sans nous prévenir - punaise de lit - le siphon de la douche est dégoûtant, les cheveux ne sont pas enlever - mur abîmé ( trou ), lampe cassé - elle nous repond jamais, sauf si c’est question d’argent.
