The location is quite good, it's not in the middle of the city but it's definitely a walkable distance and if you don't feel like walking there is also a tram that goes to the center.

One of the door handles was hanging off the hinges, and the bedsheets on one of the beds were dirty and stunk. In the house rules, it's requested to be quiet at night for the sake of the neighbours, which gives you the impression that they themselves will too be quiet which is definitely not the case, a lot of door slamming and loud voices way past midnight, some even around 3 am...

Nous devions avoir une douche (confirmé par la propriétaire), ma femme étant handicapée, nous avons eu une baignoire! Notre logement était sous les toits. Par cette chaleur, il n'y avait même pas de ventilateur! Nous avions comme consigne de ne pas faire de bruit après 21h : d'autres s'en sont chargés et s'en sont donnés à coeur joie (musique à fond à 2h30 du matin par exemple. C'est bien de vouloir gagner beaucoup d'argent, mais pas au détriment des locataires

Gehorig, na 23 uur was er iemand aan het boren. Mn kinderen hebben slecht geslapen. Bedden lagen ook niet lekker, stapelbedden maken ook veel geluid. Ontelbare muggen binnen in huis. Bad en douche niet gebruikt. Is toe aan vervanging en zag er niet uitnodigend uit. Balkon had kapotte tegels niet echt veilig. Borg van 200 euro vonden wij onnodig op basis wat we hebben gehuurd, hadden wij de dag erna terug. Communicatie met host was ook niet matig. Op vragen tijdens verblijf reageerde ze niet. Alleen vooraf als het om betalen en boeken ging wel. positieve was dat het ruim was
