De locatie was echt heel vies en alles was defect

De ligging van het appartement was super. Verder ook fijn dat er 2 douches waren en genoeg plek

Het bad was vies (modder) en zag er onhygiënisch uit. Verder was de bank kapot. Verder onduidelijk dat er vooral mensen op matrassen moesten slapen

De ruimte, de locatie, bedden, personeel. Was top.

Het was niet heel netjes. 1 badkamer stonk heel erg naar riool. Een douche bleef constant druppelen. Bij sommige ramen mist een gordijn om te slapen

The best location in Antwerp. It is very spacious and has a jacuzzi! Lovely!

the place was in a horrible condition, black mold on the windows, walls full of humidity, the cooking hob glass broken and scattered and large questionable stains on the sofa... I left the property.. definitely do not recommend this is you are looking for a clean & relaxed getaway

I can honestly say there is nothing to like about these SCAMMERS. NOTHING.

SCAM LISTING, The images of the property make it look as if there’s far more rooms than there are and they’re actually all different apartments in one set of photos. It is a hazardous, dirty place, mouldy and filthy. As someone with Asthma the mould was a health risk. There are unfortunately only 4 picture spaces for booking .com reviews otherwise I could have provided nearly 50 of issues, dirt and broken items. We left after less than an hour due to us having to wear coats, scarves and gloves in the property just because it was that cold. There was blood on the beds and the shower and bath look as if they’ve never seen a clean in their lives. We reported our issues to the owner in which he agreed we would get a refund if we met him down a dark alleyway at 9pm at night for some odd reason rather than leaving the keys at the property as we were told to do at checkout. You also have to travel miles across the city to collect the keys at check in time and they take your ID and quickly take a photograph of your ID on contract terms without informing you of what you’ve just signed up for, when I read the document after demanding to, it’s a list of extortionate fines for menial issues, say €750 for a speaker in the property and fines per extra guest. Booking .com reassured us we would get our money back as a full refund but this turned out to be a lie and only ever received 15% back. The owner also made some lies that the images are done by booking .com and it’s not their fault that it shows 4-6 bedrooms and only provides 2 but as hosts ourselves we know this doesn’t have to be the case and you create separate listings for separate properties, it is not a hotel. There is no cutlery, no oven racks or trays, there is not even anything in the dishwasher at all to put dishes on. There was sexual fluids on the sofas in the lounge and blood in the beds of one of the bedrooms. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, there’s hostels nicer than this for 1/4 of the price.
