Location

The place looked dirty and uncomfortable. In my opinion a place should not be rented out in these conditions so we went immediately back to the reception to give back the keys. We’ve asked for a refund and are still waiting the process

The cleanest level, maintaining is on low level Beds are terrible with 10 year old pillows, moisture all over the place etc
