Good location, good quality, well equipped apartment, with own laundry. No check-in and check-out is necessary, easy access with clear instruction to everything. Many streaming platforms for free.

My guest was unable to stay at the hotel. She encountered problems accessing the codes and called several times without success. As a result, she had to go to another hotel, as she was waiting outside with her baby.

We tried to contact the owner several times, but they only responded the following day. We had agreed that I would cancel the second night, and she would reimburse one of the two nights. I immediately sent the bank details as requested by email on December 12th. However, since then, my emails and calls have gone unanswered, and the reimbursement for the night has still not been processed.

It's quite tiny, but it makes it cosy! Lovely located in the city centre, 10-15min walk from the old town. Also, you are situated close to where all the nice restaurants and coffeeshops are (for the food lovers).

Good location - 15 mins max walk from historic centre just off tram and bus route and secure parking. Safe district. Nice apartment, mostly very well equipped and good space for two.

Noise from creaky wooden stairs and door slamming as people were arriving and leaving at apartment on top floor. Heating is quite difficult to control so could do with clearer instructions on how to work the 2 heaters. No written tips and recommendations - this had to be accessed through Instagram. Would prefer something more old school! A French press coffee maker would be a nice addition.

The narrowed stairs. Was pretty challenging with the suitcase but we handled it!

Location ideal. Studio apartment had most of what was needed. Comfy bed. Kitchen fully equipped and most essentials provided (2 coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, oil). For a 4-day stay, additional coffee would have been appreciated. Bathroom: Nice shower and water flow. Missing additional hook for towels and additional toilet roll.

1. Stairs to second floor were a nightmare for us an elderly couple. Based on guest comments, I asked about this when making reservation weeks before. Received laconic reply only one or two days before when I asked again (and by then payment had already been made). Issue should appear in general overview. I don’t think it does. 2. Three locks to get in. Only third (room) lock worked smoothly. First (gate) lock opening difficult until you figure out. (Instruction misleading). Second lock - door handle needs fixing. 3. Laundry room down steep stairs, so also problematic for us.
