View through the window! Location! Wooden floor! The ancient building with the small spiral staircase. Yes, it is difficult for large suitcases but you are staying in a historic building! I enjoyed it!

Very nice appartment

Fantastic apartment right beside the old part of the city. Very clean and excellent facilities. Communication with owners was super and it was very easy to collect the keys with lots of information provided about the property. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Location, space, supermarket reasonably close, trams close, restaurants close and varied. Good kitchen bench space with good overhead lighting once you got used to the remote and multi colors. Great view of historic church and square. On the edge of historic center.

Stairs steep and somewhat daunting but most will get used to them but they may not be suitable if you have mobility limitations or height phobias. Lack of accessible/ thoughtfully placed power points in kitchen for things such as laptop. Water spills out of shower onto wooden floor which may create rot problems at some time in future (no problem now)

The location was great. And the staff were very friendly

They didnt have any fan. In summer it is impossible to stay there. They have direct sun the whole day so it get extremely warm. When I pointed this out to the staff a few hours later they brought one small fan to the flat. I appreciated the good gesture but we were 3 persons staying and therefore some of us slept without a fan, with all the windows open which meant mosquitos where having a feast with us. The 3 of us had a ver uncomfortable night. Although the flat states it is for 4 to 6 people, please note there is only 1 double bed, and 2 very uncomfortable ikea sofas, which definetely need an update. There a lot of unnecessary things in the flat like colour dimmable lights and state of the art oven and stove, but basic things as a fan or comfy bed is not there. Also please note the apartment is on a 2nd floor by really small spiral staircase, so not suitable for people with difficulty to walk or carry luggage through that stairs. I wouldnt stay there again

Great spacious apartment located on a square with a nice view of a church in central Antwerp. Bar and cafe literally at your doorstep and then many more within a short walking distance.

Bit of a walk to collect the keys and then reach the apartment and avoid the construction of a new tram line, which will hopefully speed up the journey once complete.
