SLEEP INN - Arizona flat with cityview

La communication avec la personne de contact de l 'établissement était très bien. Efficace, précise et rapide . Tout par mail , même une réponse le dimanche. Emplacement proche du centre , station métro, gare 10 min à pied, bien.

Confort du matelas , le canapé lit , la propreté du studio, les draps de lit supplémentaire n étaient pas propre.

The location is great.

Quite noisy, not as big as in the description.

The property experienced a technical problem then i was transferred to a new ones. It happened twice until i can be settled at a final one. The alternative option was good, spacious and convenient.

The alternative one is not convenient for traveling as it far from the center. I have to move around with full of luggages and the stair is too small for taking all luggages to the room. The staff who talked to me about the problem wasn’t very nice!

The property was in the city centre.

There was a lot of dust and as I’m allergic to it, I suffered a lot during the night.

Comfortable, well-furnished rooms with clean, modern kitchen and bath. Comes with coffee/tea as well as kitchenware. Convenient location about 10 minutes walk from the heart of the old city. The fold-out couch was great - comfortable and big, without overpowering the room.

We stayed in Cityflat 1. First, the listing should state that the apartment is up 2 flights of ridiculously narrow/steep stairs, extremely challenging to take up a suitcase of any size. The kitchen water taps are bizarre, and the faucet in the bathroom sink protrudes nearly past the sink, completely obstructing one's use of it. The rooms were uncomfortably warm (and it was only 65F while we were visiting), and the only way to cool them was a small noisy room fan or windows without screens (2 flies came in within 5 minutes because the windows overlook a row of bars right bellow). 1 small pillow per guest and no easy way to contact our hosts made for a less than terrific stay.
