It's a perfect location to visit the city. Plenty of cafe's and restaurants around. Very close to historical districts. The quest of getting the keys and accessing the parking was explained in tiny details and easy to follow. The apartment is very stylish, spacious, with a good kitchenette. I picked up some interesting design ideas :) I was especially happy about the soundproof windows! Some people with an alternative mindset decided to schedule a discotheque at 7am on the square right in front of the building. With a good sound, lights, good songs, but still at 7am. With closed windows it was a nuisance, but manageable. With a slightly open window I couldn't hear a person standing next to me.

Seems like municipality of Antwerp is trying to scare tourists away, allowing open-air discotheques at 7am on Friday. Be advised, the stairs are steep and narrow, not an issue, but something to keep in mind.
