Beautiful Cozy Apartments in the Heart of Antwerp

Great location and great space. Spacious kitchen and confortable bed

It can be a bit noisy when people go up and down the stairs but nothing that will keep you from falling asleep

Very central in Antwerp. Very quiet location. Good bed. Well equiped kitchen.

The door to the terras was broken, so the wind cpuld came in all the time. The was a small leakage of the drain, whifh caused a bit of a smell. Youncould see that they had been looking for the cause, because somethings were sticked with. The left all windows a bit open. The front door sticked. You hardly open it. They pay to little attention to maintanance. There are p,enty of empty white walls. There no place to hang or lay cloths. They could make some clothes hookes. I paid 413 euro for 4 nights in march 2024. The same weekend in 2925 they ask 1241 euro, with genius2 reduction. It is insane.

We booked an apartment for 6 people and on the foto’s you saw an apartment with a balkony and an upstairs. We came into another apartment, much smaller and no balkony. There was not enough bedding so I called them. They said that I booked for 2 people and that the picture was another apartment and I didn’t look properly. I didn’t. The price on booking was for 6.. it specifically said so. I didn’t have to fill in the number of people. They wanted to charge me 25 euro extra per person and said I made a misstake. It is clear the advertisement on booking is misleading and they don’t have the option to state the number of people coming. That is not my problem. The funny thing was, that the apartment I thought I booked was free and had bedding for 6 people. the door of that apartment was open so we looked. I asked to switch but he said it was booked, but that was a lie, because we checked later to see if anybody was there. All in all a terrible company who lies and puts the blame on the client.. So don’t go there!

Everything

Unfortunately it was not really clean, especially the bathrooms not. And the rooms were not how we thought beachside of the pictures. There was no tv, no balcony and less rooms

The location and the charge spots were good

The property was dirty, the towels were smelly. The sleeping couch also didn’t smell good and there was underwear left from the previous guests in the bathroom.

The apartment is clean and comfortable and in a very good location. There was walking distance to the city centre and close to the tram station.
