Beautiful Cozy Apartments in the Heart of Antwerp

I don't recommend I supose to make my reservation for next day . booking by error put dates from 2 days ago ( everyone's know that is not possible pay reservation for past days ) I called many times the responsible for this real state Emma that person never answer calls or message or request. I REQUESTED by email to change dates , or give my money back , this real state have a lot of property available in date that I requested but they REFUSED to give my money back or change dates ,. they received my money , and i didn't stayed. ONE LAST thing any place that called teal state have registration, or anything that can design" real state " ,this one is a small parking garage that don't have anything designed " real state " they just open from 2 pm before this time u have to wait OCTSIDE BY COLD WINTER AND RAINING. I REALLY don't recommend

The location is awesome, the staff are really nice and helpful. The apartment is huge and great value for money. If you plan Belgium-Netherlands trip it’s really worth it to sleep here for the entire journey and just travel to other cities and come back to sleep on Antwerp as the city is lovely as well!

The apartment was nice and the location was good for our plans (walking distance from Waagnatie). The 4 beds were comfortable for our group of 4 people. There's space for more but I'm not sure if the extra 2 pull-out beds and couch (sleeps another 2?) provide sufficient comfort... good set of instructions provided by host.

The pickup location for the key is at the other side of the city, there's no tram connection between both locations, so it means you have to take public transport to the key pickup location and then walk with luggage all the way accross the city centre to the appartment!

Location

To get keys i waited in line half an hour. They advertised key pick up was a few minutes away walking but it was 10 minutes by cab. No elevator. Management gave the wrong internet. Stairs so narrow i had to push my suitcase up the stairs

The place nice and clean , confortable all u need it u have it!!

I saw the rules very strictly but I understand a lot of people don’t care

I had plenty space for one. The shower was excellent. Location was very central and it was so easy to check in.

Not a dislike as such but I would improve my rating if an iron was available. And a TV.
