Apartments Rathaus 008 - Municipio 008

The location was great. The apartment is very big and comfortable, Located in the city centre, in the cute shopping area, with a great view of the square from the balcony.

There are many, many stairs up to the apartment, not an easy climb with the heavy suitcases. This is the only minus.

The location is fabulous and the view was incredible. There was a nice outside terrace with furniture. The upstairs room is loft with windows. The bed was very comfortable. The main floor had a fold down sofa, which was comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. The communication with location and other important information was good. It made more sense after we were there. The apartment had the Bolzano card in it when we arrived. There was no explanation what to do with it though. Luckily we figured it out quickly and used it for most, to all of our sight seeing.

When we were sent the instructions for the apartment, we were told that worker people may be coming to return the curtains. We checked in later than we expected, so this was completed before we arrive. The air conditioning is portable, and required a tube to be placed outside. The main room was able to cool down to a comfortable level, but the loft room remained warm/hot. Finding the entrance to the apartment was challenging coming from the parking garage. When we passed the location showing on Google Maps, and walked back, we saw the address on the side of the entrance (not visible from the direction we came from). There are many stairs, steep. The first set is 2 flights of stairs, followed by a landing with apartments. The second set lead us to our floor. Upon opening the door, there was another set of stairs to get to the main floor. Then 1 more set of stairs to get to the loft bedroom. So a lot of climbing with suitcases, after walking through the shopping cobble streets with suitcases. (Yes, we could have packed lighter, so that is on us) There were 3 main reasons why we booked this apartment. 1. The washing machine. 2. The wifi. 3. Parking. The parking garage was a 5-7 minute and a pay lot. If you set up the app before going, it works easy enough but is a bit costly. The other advantage of the app is you get a discounted rate. (This was not made clear in the communication from the apartment people). The wifi has no password, so not very secure, and really slow. I could not stream movies unless they were downloaded. There was no drying rack in the apartment when we arrived. The washing machine did not work. This was our number 1 reason for booking an apartment, so having to find and go to a laundry mat (and pay and park) was something that really influenced the rating of this apartment. As soon as we arrived, late in the afternoon, we tried to wash a load of clothes. The machine would start, but then stop after 5 or so minutes. We called the emergency line

The apartment itself was very nice, new, and clean. Contact with the host by phone was also pleasant and the downtown location is quite attractive and practical. Overall very satisfied and recommended.

It was a bit warm inside and being downtown, the street could be a bit noisy at times. As mentioned by others there are some stairs to reach the apartment, but we didn't find those a problem.

It was in plain city center. The apartment was comfy, clean, big enough for 3 people. They let me check in before the check in time.

I asked if i could leave my bags until 5pm after check out, but they didn’t reply.

Central location, apartment was nice and Kitchen was good

Flat is new and clean. Location is amazing. Check in process very quick. Beds are comfortable.

Curtains very bad and dont block sunlight good and that is why we were waking up everyday at 06:00AM. No iron for clothes. Water pressure in bathroom is very weak and cut many times while taking shower

I liked the location and the big windows at the front. It is perfect to sit in and watch the town below. You're also right in front of a market.

The kitchen has a bit of a strange set up. I also found the keycode on the door difficult to use.
