The stairs!!!!

Location was very nice, you can reach this place by walk from the station in less than 10 minutes. I was provided Guest pass so I could take buses to Lake Carezza and Urtijei without additional costs, this was very helpful. The accommodation itself was very clean and cozy.

On the arrival day, it was hard to find the entrance to the apartment. It would have been more helpful if I could have provided more detail description with some photo image of it, because I think the entrance door is very unnoticeable.

Everything. The location was great, the staff was extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean.

There was not air conditioning in the apartment. We stayed in the summer and it was very hot. The air-conditioning would be a very helpful addition.

Superb location right in the old city. Huge apartment with an excellent balcony overlooking the municipal square. A supermarket was handy - just around the corner. The location was 10 minutes walk to the station. A tourist card was provided which gave free travel on the cable car to Oberbozen and the train from here to Klobenstein with the earth pyramids close by to there.

This place did not have hot water the entire three days we stayed there. We contacted the property manager, who informed us they had no other units available. When we asked for a reasonable refund we received no response for quite some time, and then they curiously found another unit, but by that time we were already out hiking, and didn’t receive this notification until late that night when we returned. So it was of no use to us at that point. Three days with no shower was very much less than ideal.

Very frustrating and difficult to find, especially with luggage in tow; requires clearer instructions to locate more readily Bed was exceptionally hard Toilet cistern/button kept sticking

The location was great. The apartment is very big and comfortable, Located in the city centre, in the cute shopping area, with a great view of the square from the balcony.

There are many, many stairs up to the apartment, not an easy climb with the heavy suitcases. This is the only minus.
