Sun, Sea and Sand (La Ballito 502)

They must include the sleeping couch ,the room with bunk beds is very small.they must add toilet papers and towels other than we loved the place.we sure to book again

Everything was beautiful

The location of the place is perfect, just few metres from the beach and while in the property you may easily see the waves from the beach. What a nice experience.

The fact that when there is a problem with electricity I had to call the owner as the security on site couldn't help. I suggest that there should be someone available onsite at the property to assist in such cases because if did not have the airtime I was forced to buy it so that I can be helped.

Excellent location very close to the beach. Very nice views. Very safe. Flat was clean. Bedding was clean.

An Air fryer would have made meals easier.

Was too much hot, that pipe make very hot because was always falling down and you suppose to add another couch Please put some celling fan

The property is near the beach and shopping centre is also nearby. Sea views are also great. There is also a clean swimming pool and braai facilities in the complex, this enabled us to relax within the premises. The others guests around were very friendly. Wifi connection was excellent. Big spacious bathroom was nice. Main bedroom was comfortable. The price charged was reasonable.

We were traumatized by cockroaches on arrival. They were all over the place. The bunk bed was bad and broken. The couch in the lounge had stains. Broken coffee table. No access to Netflix and DSTV, had to use mine. Presence of cockroaches disturbed us, we couldn't use the kitchen fully. I hope I didn't take some back home. I can't complain because this is what I paid for.

Affordable and in a very good location.

The apartment is not well-maintained and here are cockroaches. One bank was damages and we had yo replace globes.

The bunked beds are too thin ply wood , had to sleep on the floor
