Proximity to services. Warm and comfortable.

The property is advertised as having an extra large double bed in the master bedroom. I would rate it as a double. It was hard to regulate the shower, it was either too hot or too cold. The kitchen was clean but smelly.

Plugs with sub charging points would have been helpful in the bedroom but just a suggestion certainly not a complaint !

Lovely apartment. Very clean and spacious. Only there one night but enjoyed our stay.

Easy check in with the keys in the lockbox. Alan, our host, responded quickly to our queries. The apartment was clean and tidy, which could accommodate 4 of us. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well equipped and we can prepare simple meals. The beds were comfortable which allowed us a good sleep. The location was good too, within walking distance to the town center and near driving to places of attractions around Balloch. The TV entertainment channels were great! And finally the checking out like any other instructions was easy and simple. Thanks Alan and June. We had a great stay although it was only for two nights.

It was modern, clean, and comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night and arrived fairly late, so I can't comment on the restaurants, etc but it was quiet at night.

The stairs as we do not travel light and there is no lift.

Clean spacious apartment. Quick, friendly response when I requested access details. Well stocked with nice touches like milk in the fridge.

No pen to sign the guest book :)

Not a particularly posh part of town but short walk to everywhere.

I appreciated the restaurant recommendations after a long day of travel from Liverpool. Loved the stream and water sounds all night.

Smelly enteryway and stairwell. Thankfully, the smells didn't waft into the apartment.
