Dirty carpets, dirty sofa, dirty pillows on the sofa, bed linen with stains - all leading to a general feeling that you are stuck in a dirty place. Small beds that are extremely unsuitable for 2 people to sleep on. Check-in – delayed by 1 h. TV – cable TV not working, only internet. Radiator in one of the bedrooms – not working. I will not comment on the fact that fittings, flooring and all other finishing is of poor quality. Noisy – can hear every sound of the neighbors. Its an insult to call this 5* property. Not even a coffee machines with capsules.

front door needs a new lock as was difficult to operate. mattresses could do with updating. but by no means a moan it was a great stay and very happy with the apartment

The property was spotless and very modern. The beds were really comfortable and the decor was light and welcoming

Lovey high spec apartment with parking which was a bonus. Decent location, good communication via email. everything worked well, hot water etc nice touch having teabags and milk left as we only stayed one night and didn't bring anything with us

The €250 deposit was a surprise, I decided just to pay non refundable extra €35. I didn't see anything about this when I booked. I am ok with it but would have liked to see it before I booked. We arrived in the dark and there is a number of key boxes, a photo would of speeded up us finding the keys.

It was clean and the secure parking was brilliant
