Spacious apartment. It had good facilities. It was close to the city centre.

When we arrived the lift was broken, so we had to climb seven flights of stairs, this wouldn't be appropriate for anyone older or disabled. The deposit was only spoken about 24 hours prior to booking, which isn't helpful to do this to people and there was also extra money which wasn't and isn't advertised, so there is a five pound hidden charge. I found this very cheeky. The hosts were bizarrely very combative, rude, didn't answer my queries in a reasonable or kind manner, were very defensive and lacked the very basic level of customer service anyone would expect. They told me to take my business elsewhere and threatened to cancel the reservation when I explained how I found the extra charge, the deposit and verification process very invasive (you need to send them a selfie, your passport details plus pay the extra five pounds and pay a 250 pound deposit). I would never stay here again and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to any tourists or friends and family as there are much better properties to choose from and much friendlier and professional customer service people to deal with. It also had a very late check in time and a very early check out time the next day, again, this isn't like most places you can stay in Belfast. One of the double beds was just two single beds pushed together, this would have been fine if both single beds were of the same quality, but they weren't so we didn't have the best night's sleep.

Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to city centre, public carpark close by, excellent views, good amount of space & amenities were to a high end finish. Nice toiletries, fresh towels & spotless throughout

The lift was not working and we had to walk up the stairs, with luggage, to the top floor. Not ideal. Didn't seem like anyone was coming to fix it either. Some minor maintenance needs carried out on the windows in 2 of the rooms (they didn't open), no fan in the bathroom which obviously got very steamed up after 5 people use it. No extra duvet or pillows for the sofa bed, only sheets. In fact there's actually another empty room that could be used as a bedroom instead of having to use a sofa bed at all. This room only had an ironing board in it. Seems a waste of space. The lock on the front door was very dodgy and didn't really close properly and I think this is due to the carpet being too plush for the door. For the price, I think these things need to be addressed before it can be properly justified.

The security of this property is outstanding - key fob access to get in and locked door. the views from the appartment were outstanding! and it’s close to city centre

Stylish and spotless apartment within walking distance of the city centre. Bedrooms, bathroom and living room in great condition.

No issues at all.
