5* Luxury, City Centre, Brand New Development

Location was handy for the city centre. Good sized apartment with plenty of space and great to have 2 bathrooms.

Apartment was not clean on arrival. No blackbag in bin, finger prints over glass, microwave, rim of toilet dirty, floors needed a good hoover. Had to ask for apartment to be cleaned again. No drying rack for clothing. Washer dryer did not dry clothes even after being on for several hours. Missing the little extras that would have made the stay a bigger rating - pint of milk - tea and coffee provided but no milk. New cloths, washing up liquid so could clean up after ourselves. No instructions for heating, water, TV etc. No local information leaflets. Photos of property on Booking.com were not the property we rented. Pictures did not have a breakfast bar or walled mirrors in bedrooms but these were shown on the website.

Property was well decorated, clean and tidy and with all relevant amenities Location was very good to walk into most parts of Belfast. And car park was very convenient and cheap. Owners were very responsive and helpful with any of my questions.

The lock box was a little difficult to access, as it was located on a 'fence' that was not part of the apartment building and was partially obstructed by construction work in the area of the fence.

The location as it was central to what we had planned.

The floors were sloping, the heating was not working in one of the bedrooms. The towels were insufficient and thin. Broken glass outside the main entrance.

Great clean apartments. New furniture, excellent household appliances. Loved the view from the window

The Apartment was beautiful lovely clean in a great location.

Think checking in information should be sent the night before travel (as all monies had been paid)with network change over we had trouble receiving the email with location and checkin details. I understand this was not the fault of the host but if Info was given earlier could have been avoided. The noise detection device (which was not mentioned in our booking and is installed in an area that people are sleeping) went off because someone was laughing. No music was on no TV was on it was just laughing at 9.30pm in the evening. When we got the notification on our phone we felt really uncomfortable.

It was clean nice Adam the owner was very helpful he even helped me fill the application of missing bag and called them the apartment was very clean have every thing kitchen washer and close to shops the entrance have secure door for saftey. It also self check-in which is nice I give it 10/10
