very cozy and comfortable for stay with family

artificial plants, broken lock and main doors to the Flat. It was really hard to open and lock the doors

Accommodation was brilliant. Very central. Immaculately clean and well presented. Great communication. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

The location was good and it was clean.

The windows don't close due to them being warped which is a known problem that we weren't informed about. This meant it was cold and extremely noisy. This spoilt the stay. We did report it and they said they were aware with problems in the building. Extremely disappointing that we weren't made aware. We were offered a free night if ever we were in Belfast again but this is not helpful. Unfortunately when we reported the issue there was a problem with the providers communication system . .......not acceptable and really we should have been offered a partial refund. Please be aware if booking.

It was clean. Lots of restaus in the area.

Had a hard time sleeping as it was hot when we stayed there and would be good if there were electric fan units (asked the owner about it but didn't reply). Note: the apartment we stayed at was different as we were offered to relocate (which was fine even if it was farther from the city centre)
