Very good equipment of the apartment, comfortable bed, great location, peace and quiet. Great contact with the staff and easy check-in. Titina was very helpful. I highly recommend.

Literally, the great location: heart of the old city, next to the funicular and a supermarket next door with everything you need (working till at 9 p.m.). The magnificent atmosphere: the building itself, the huge entrance door, the long staircase, the lovely courtyard surrounded by stone walls, the beautiful view from the windows, the sounds of church bells. Comfortable both bed in the bedroom and a fold-out sofa in the living room. Good bed linen and towels provided. Great bathroom! If necessary, you can easily cook your own food in the kitchen. The hostess is always in touch, quickly responds to messages. It is also very convenient that you can always leave your luggage in the hostess's office after check-out before going to airport.

It was great that someone came with us to the apartment and showed us where everything was. It was good to know that we could contact someone at the agency only a few minutes away. The hosts offered us various options re late check out ( we had a late flight).

Possibly a toaster might be useful.

Great location at the top of the funicular in the old town. Lovely apartment. Easy to meet hosts and get checked in with useful travel advice. Would recommend.

Really convenient location in old building close to the funicular arrival point in Bergamo Alta and close to the main historic centre. Well modernised flat with basic cooking facilities. The Carrefour minimarket is excellent and fresh pasta / salami etc can be had from several independent shops nearby. Da Mimmo restaurant combines old-fashioned charm with modern food choices.

Nothing. But you do need to be able to climb steep staircases inside the building.

We love the location and beautiful , very clean, home like apartment. We love the perfect location, in a very heart of the old town of the Begamo city . It was very close to everything, just steps down, to all you need to enjoy Italian food and coffe ,and great atmosfere of Bergamo. We also love very easy and close access to the bus and train station . We love host ,which was super kind ,friendly and extremely helpful in every situation. We are sending our deep thank you ,and appreciation specially to Nadia ,she was just amaizing ,helping us in all we need ,and let us keep our baggage safe on the last day of our stay up to the evening time, in the office of the agency . Our flight was very late ,and we appreciate this opportunity to leave baggage safe there just after check out . Because of that ,we could have full day in Verona yet, before our flight back . Nadia also help us with many oder things and was just great ,and always available❤️ I can't find words ,to describe how nice and professional she was. We love you Nadia.Thank you for all your help. We love everything in Bergamo and deffinitly will be back. Kind regardes to all stuff 🥰 and see you again Highly recomanded

The location, right next to the funicular from Città Bassa. There’s a mini market just down stairs. 2 mins walk to the main piazza and main walking/shopping street.

It’s located on the second floor. It has no lift understandably. So take this into consideration if you’re gonna be bringing huge luggage.
