The location was fantastic being close to the funicular and easy access to the main streets. The apartment was well supplied and clean.

Not a fault but be aware that there are about 45 stairs to the apartment.

The location of the apartment is great, there is a grocery store, bars and cafes nearby. Beautiful area of ​​Cita Alta. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

In the description of the apartment there was information that pickup from the airport and delivery is free - in fact, this is not true. We don't like this kind of treatment of customers. It costs 35 euro. The equipment of the apartment is very poor. there are no pots, no salt and only two rolls of toilet paper.. For me it wasn't worth the money.

Modern appartment but within a beautiful historic building with a great location

Slightly cramped living area with the bed sofa opened out, but this was only a very minor issue!

The location is perfect , so easy to go in and out, in the heart of the city and surprisingly quiet. The staff were extremely helpful and communication excellent. They were available any time and friendly.

Only one downside was no air conditioning. We stayed in August and it made it very challenging but we asked for a fan and were provided with one.

Excellent location, beautiful small apartment, little welcome treats, comfortable stay.

In summer there is no air conditioning, the apartment gets extremely warm. If light sleeper, noise from local bar.

Excellent location in Altá Citta, most places of interest in a short walking distance, friendly hostess, comfortable and well equipped apartment, up-to-date design, natural cross-ventilation provides good indoor climate. Everything that one can expect, wish, feel and enjoy during the stay in Bergamo.
