Excellent location, our host Roberto was lovely - really friendly, helpful, answered any questions we had and recommended loads of great restaurants!

There were issues with the aircon, it was leaking and making noises.

Location easy to find. Instructions from manager perfect. Lots of bars and shops nearby.

Bar next door could be a little noisy - but was very convenient!

Our flight was delayed two hours, Rob was amazing and we said that we would be open the door the time we arrive, which was around 3AM. We only spent one day in Bergamo, but if you are looking for a long stay I can tell you the flat has all the features you might need.

Stayed there three nights with my friend. The location is just great, few min walk to the center, 15 min walk to the railway. The check in was smooth - we were greeted by Roberto at 7.30 pm, a very kind and positive guy who gave us the keys to the apartment and shared some recommendations for best food places. The apartment was big enough, with comfortable beds and all necessary equipment. Downstairs the apartment is a bar where you can have a drink and snaks. I was in Bergamo before and liked this apartment and location more than others.

All was great, just the sink in the toilet was leaking and the toilet door didn't want to open smoothly

It could be a bit noisy at night time with the bar next door.
