"Just great in all aspects, especially help of Roberto"

Great and comfortable apartment close to the center of Bergamo. It was perfect choice in all aspects - clean, quite spaceous. Special thanks to Roberto, who did a great job, gave us a lot of information about the city, explained everything and helped us to solve all our problems - for example, delivered our baggage to the train station before leaving nice city of Bergamo. He is the best person among hotel or apartment personnel whom we met in a long time, and we are travelling a lot.

Midnight check-in was no problem. Roberto's advise on Bergamo highlights was spot on. Fully equipped kitchen.

The shower head should be cleaned from calcium plugging to have the water flow correctly.

The flat is just perfect! It have an impressive design (wood, stone, decorative objects made of pipes), was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for our four members family. Our host was very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever we had any questions, gave us lots of recommendations and he was very flexible. Thanks Roberto and Artisan Home for a wonderful experience! We will be back!
