The amplasament

It was not like in the pictures on booking. Also it was very dirty. It smeled very bad

It is located right in the heart of the historic part of the city.

It was just a little chilly, but it didn’t cause any inconvenience — except that it was quite hard to get out from under the blanket in the morning ))

Fantastic location. Beds were comfortable . Bergamo is fantastic.

Could have been cleaner, we had a baby with us. Leak behind toilet , shower and kitchen sink dripped constantly. Cigarette ends under the sofa. Washing machine was broken, which was a surprise, the owner allowed us to use the unit downstairs

Location was perfect, right in the city centre. You can walk to all beutiful monuments in Città Alta.

The fact that most of furniture is old is ok for me, i "survived" broken shower with water all around bathroom floor, but what i had huge problem with was mold. I understand that building is old, but there was too cold and wet inside which probably caused mold in one of bedrooms and that is unactable for me.

We had 2 apartments. 2double bed was okish, but struggling to dry clothes or towels as it was raining outside for few days. Lack of frying pan and microwave would be nice. The other apartments, floor higher, were 7 guests could sleep, is in horrible condition. Mould, leaking shower, old beds, paint pealing of the furniture one room without sockets, entrance door must be slammed to close as the steel door frame is bent - horrible apartment. Crying for renovation. Secondly the photos on booking.com are close to 10 years old for both apartments

The appartment is in excellent location. Walking distance to go about Citta Alta, walking distance to bus station to take a ride to the train station. Communicative host, very clear instructions to get in. Comfy bed, quite spacious appartment.

The appartment is a bit worn out and could use some upkeep. We did not mind, we did not expect 5* hotel for the price we paid :) The neighbours were quite loud though. Felt like they were in our bedroom :)))

Location was great, apartment basic but for the price it was very good value for 1 night ,beds comfy , electric sockets , none in our room although there was a fan in there but nowhere to plug it in , couldn't use hair appliance in the bedroom, courtyard and steep stairs to floor two was not lit at night , very dark we had to use out phone torches to see our way out , hosts were good although we didn't meet them , instructions to gain entry very clear. , apartment was spacious clean but basic, but ok for us for 1 night and price was cheap so can't complain , you get what you pay for and it was just a stop over for our early morning flight to go home
