Appartamento Arlecchino

We really liked the place of the accommodation. It was directly in the city centre (Città Alta), close to everything. The place itself is sufficient, equipped with everything necessary. We appreciated the recycling bins inside.

There was no WIFI within this accommodation. It wouldn't be a problem, but the mobile service itself inside this accommodation was quite poor. The place wasn't neatly cleaned as there was a lot of dust which eventually caused severe allergies.

The location was perfect, it was right next to the old churches and restaurants.

The signal was bad but the major problem was the communication with the hosts. They did not communicate with us at all, we tried to message and call them many times but no response. It caused us a lot of stress. They sent us all the info on the day of our arrival which was the only action from their side.

Location location location The kitchen is well equipped. Comfortable beds. Good communication with the manager.

Apartment in medium technical condition. Cleanliness is not at the highest level. The apartment is worn out and I recommend the renovation. No wi fi. There is no air conditioning, but I did expect that. Clogged shower drain.

Close to Cita Alta, very peaceful, cool vibe

it wasn't properly cleaned in a while and we could tell, the shower drain was full of hair so the bathroom was always sinking after 5 people having a shower

The apartment is located in the heart of the old town (upper town). To get here from the airport or train station take the bus N 1 Citta Alta direction and travel till the last stop. Then walk takes about 10 min. The apartment has all you need for staying a couple of days. The host contacted us via wats up and it was easy to communicate..

The apartment is located on the second floor. To get inside you need to come up with a narrow staircase. If you have a buggy it is safe to leave it downstairs.

The location and size were great. The beds were comfortable.

There was no ac but the temperature outside was perfect.

The WiFi would be great as the service wasn't great inside, but you don't need an Internet all the time on your holidays anyway :)

Everything. The Apartment couldn't have been better. Its right in the centre so we walked out straight onto the beautiful main thoroughfare. Surrounded by beautiful shops,cafés,restaurants and piazzas! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was also cool which was very welcome as it was 27°. Sitting out overlooking the courtyard was lovely. I'd highly recommend it.
