The homely and welcoming. The warm homemade bread and home chicken eggs set the scene for a pleasant visit, which it was.

The offer of food for breakfast was a wonderful detail

Charming self contained studio, with everything you need gorva self catering stay. Exceptionally comfy bed. The host delivered a freshly baked homemade loaf of bread, still warm, the evening we arrived, which was absolutely delicious & a lovely & unexpected bonus.

I honestly can't really think of anything, except there was supposed to be a coffee pot to make the fresh coffee (also provided by the host) but it was missing, perhaps broken & not replaced.

Ideal position with a deck at the front and views overlooking the bay. Some lovely touches such as fruit, bread and other bits and bobs under the sink. Although I have listed a few small negative items I would stay here again.

Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. Cobwebs around the bedroom window and the bathroom waste bin still had items in it. The sofa was not particularly comfortable and the TV was difficult to use on live TV settings. The mirror in the lounge is a large wardrobe door and takes a bit of getting used too as you are tempted to step into it.

Loved everything about this cosy place. A home away from home. Set in a beautiful space, private from the main house and outstanding views. Walking distance to everything.

Great layout; beautiful decor; perfect location; excellent shower and bed; easy & private access; wifi reception good; so many thoughtful extras included for the price; communication from hosts 10/10.

The only fault we could mention is that the bathroom door automatically slides open and no way to close/lock - just needs a hook inside 👍.

Bicheno Belle was very cosy, the living room/dining area was more than adequate for our 2 night stay. The bedroom was a good size, wardrobes to hang clothes if needed and a chest to put our suitcases on to keep them out of the way. The bed linen was so lovely. The kitchen had a microwave and was the best stocked placed we have ever stayed in. Lots of butter, jams, fresh sourdough, three different types of oats and muesli, milk, eggs, ham and lots of emergency supplies in the cupboard, as well as lovely coffee for the plunger, teas and sugar. We could just park the car and leave it for our stay as it was just a 5 minute walk to the cafes, restaurants and beachfront. Adam is a wonderful host and we cannot recommend his place highly enough. Thanks for a great stay.
