Excellent location and facilities. Thoughtful provision of breakfasts and various food items and other essentials. Outstanding

The bed was good and it was a quiet and convenient location

Fresh bread which featured large in accommodation description was just not there. No butter either. The glass panels in the bathroom door did not provide enough privacy. But the worst thing was the continuous knocking in the wall behind the TV. It went on day and night and needs to be attended to right away.

We arrived at the property to find that it had been let to other guests the night before and we had nowhere to stay. The booking had been paid for weeks in advance and there were no other properties available so we had to travel to Swansea 47km away to find accommodation.

Good location. So many little extras that was provided just to make our stay memorable

This is an amazing property to stay at. The hosts are awesome they are very considerate and helpful with all facets of this property. So many options left for breakfast and lunch, complimentary were fantastic. The view was great too.. this was a one of the best stays I have had in Australia. I highly recommend Bicheno Bell, the location is exceptional to travel up and down the east coast. Thank you! I will be back someday 🤩

Lovely little apartment with great views. Lots of effort been put in to making the place homely and cosy. Lots of helpful additions (but see below).

My fault but I hadn't picked up that there wasn't a stovetop or pans, etc. There was a microwave (with convection), kettle, toaster, bbq, etc though. Despite suggesting breakfast and lunch ('half board') was included, we couldn't find any of the 'hearty home-cooked meals' that were supposed to be an option - though bread, eggs, cereal and a bit of butter were great for breakfast! (For the eggs you needed to master a plug-in egg-cooker, or get the bbq grill going!) Finally, couldn't say cleaning was spotless.
