Friendly and reachable host. Good location and nearby cafes and markets.

Close to a main road, a bit noisy at night.

The balcony was amazing. The flat had everything, including a dishwasher. It was clean, the shower was very good, aircon was perfect. It takes 20 euro to arrive to the apartment from the airport in only 15 minutes. There is a nice coffee shop across the street to spend time before or after check in.

Small table next to the bed would be better instead of the shelves above the bed but eveything was perfect, this is just a small detail.

Location is very good. 1 km walk to both main railway station and city center. Apartment is on the 6th floor with nice views. Apartment was clean and has everything you will need for few nights stay. Quiet and polite neighbours. Grocery store across the street and bigger supermarket (Pam) within 5 minutes walk.

Air conditioning was a bit lazy. There were also small ants on the floor.

Good location within easy walking distance of both city centre & main station. The host, Davide, was very friendly and welcoming. Fantastic view of one of the old city gates from the balcony.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. A mere 10 minutes walk into the centre of Bologna. Next door is a bakery and fruit store. There’s a cafe across the road and a supermarket very near. The apartment is light and bright and well appointed with good aircon. Davide is an excellent host, he’s easy to communicate with and even went with my husband to show him the carpark. This is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment . I would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you 🙏

Close to the city center, easy to access to the markets, basic bathroom products, shower, balcony, lots of cupboards, David has always answered our questions

A bit noisy when you open the window, wi-fi almost never worked, in fact good for two people, not three. Not enough shelves/ hanger for towels in the bathroom.

David was an amazing host I highly recommend you book in here if you have the chance The apartment is beautiful and very well located. You have everything close, and also, the central station is around 10 minutes walking distance

The apartment was a short walk from the centre of Bologna, a 10 minute walk 15 minute stroll. Our host met us and sent us recommendations of where to eat and what to see. Recommended eating at Da Bertino's at the other end of the road, is frequented by locals and food was great.
