The cleanliness, location and comfort.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! Davide was a wonderful and very flexible host, who accommodated our late arrival and gave us good directions to get to the apartment quickly. He also provided us with lots of tips for exploring the beautiful city. The apartment is very comfortable and the location is great, close to the train station as well as the city center.

Very spacious apartment with a nice bathroom stocked with toiletries and other necessities (even toothbrushes!). The room featured a kitchen and balcony. Was in walking distance to the train station as well as the city center. Host was very kind and helpful. Would recommend this accomodation in Bologna!

Very nice apartment with easy access to restaurants and central Bologna. Very good storage for clothes etc, very good kitchen and bathroom, bed mattress a little soft.
