Der Vermieter Alberto war sehr freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Er hat sich um alle Anliegen umgehend gekümmert. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir hatten alles, was notwendig war. Sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz war abgesperrt und sehr groß.

The property was super clean, in a very nice neighborhood 20 minutes walking distance from Bologna's historic center. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and dining. Full size large refrigerator, gas stove, espresso coffee, sugar and cookies freely offered, to be prepared by traditional mocca pot. Alberto the owner, super organized, very willing to present and explain everything, making guests feel at home. Huge plus for us, the property offered free parking services if you drive in by car, in a private parking area. Very safe place, properly protected. Overall experience very close to perfection.

Very minor details only. It would be nice if the guests could set the property's temperature themselves in a more direct and independent manner, especially during the night, not by messaging. One-use slippers could be useful at almost zero cost. Also a safe somewhere in the property, e.g. in the very large and spacious closets, would help guests feel more relaxed when leaving money or valuables in the room at their absence.

Idéalement situé hors de la ZTL (zone à trafic limité) avec un parking sécurisé bien conçu. Équipement très fonctionnel et bien entretenu. Le propriétaire nous a super bien accueillis (en plus, il a parlé parfaitement le français). Petit détail, le café ainsi que les biscuits mis à disposition étaient délicieux !

L’appartement est fonctionnel, mais il pourrait gagner en charme.

Alberto ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, er hat uns super Informationen über Bologna gegeben und war immer sehr gut erreichbar und hat sofort reagiert. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig am Rand zur Altstadt und da wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, war uns ein Parkplatz wichtig, den es kostenfrei gab. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett ist sehr bequem und es ist super ruhig. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Zu Fuß läuft man in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten ins Zentrum. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nichts

Alberto hat uns alles super erklärt, und Tipps gegeben. Kontakt per WhatsApp hat super geklappt, haben das Auto zwei Tage im abgesperrten privatparkplatz abgestellt. In 20-25 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten
