L' appartamento come da descrizione. Direi ristrutturato da pochissimo, in ordine e pulitissimo.A 20 minuti dal centro storico. Ha un parcheggio all'aperto ma privato.Molto utile per chi arriva in macchina. Bologna è meravigliosa e accessibile a chiunque come costi. Molti ragazzi giovani. Anche a notte inoltrata città ordina e sicura

Alberto is exceptional... He is very personable, caring, and professional. He explained everything you need to know about the apartment and demonstrated how things work. When we return to Bolognia we will definitely want to stay here again...!

"Good stay and enjoyable"

Towels provided as well as some great basics like sugar, coffee, salt and a good assortment of cutlery and crockery. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Was great to be able to have Netflix. Property felt secure and was about a very easy 25 min walk to central. The parking was safe and secure. The host was welcoming and helped us around the area. Would be happy to stay again

I did not like that you had to text him to have the temperature in the room adjusted. This seems like an unusual frustration but I do not need to have this service so it did not affect my visit
