The apartment was bright

I only stayed two nights out of six booked, because the apartment had serious hygiene issues: insect larvae in the mattress, worms, spiders, bugs. The apartment was visibly dirty in many areas, with dust, hair, and dirt. After my complain - on the second day the cleaning lady sprayed the mattress with window cleaner, instead of being cleaned or replaced, which made it impossible to sleep there. I appreciate that the host gave me a full refund, but the place was not safe or acceptable. I also lost a full day of work relocating to a new apartment. While the location is fine, the conditions were far below any reasonable standard. I would not recommend this place to anyone

More towel rail/hooks in the bathroom. A properly fitting toilet seat. A plug for the kitchen sink. A hole in the bath towel. A leaky shower rose. Water took its time to drain from the shower. A cracked side plate. Lack of a bread knife and chopping board.

Too noisy and smell of smoking. The windows shall have blinds. The walls shall be repainted to neutralize smell of cigarette smoke.

The reception lady is really nice, friendly and responsive. The location of the flat which has direct bus with the airport is pretty good and convenient. The whole flat is very clean when I checked in.

The only annoying thing is that the air conditioner in the flat is extremely noisy, which is impossible for me to get asleep with the air conditioner working.
