Handing over the keys without any problems. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to the train station, 5 minutes to the historic center. The apartment is quite big, the WIFI didn't work the first day, but the next day the technician came and everything was OK. The kitchen equipment is excellent.

The air conditioning could not cool the room, there were 2 fans available, but it was hot in the room. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and not enough shower gel and shampoo for two people for a week. On the last night, when we had to get up early in the morning to the airport, there was a lot of noise from the next room - someone was playing an action movie, it was like being in a cinema.

Very Central in old city. Perfect to access market, shops, cinemas & the Piazza Maggiore where they are showing archival films every evening.

There is pipe smell from bathroom, which is affecting the overall impression of apartment, which is others comfy and spacious. Is fine when windows are open - but that would imply noise from street which is directly outside and with night traffic.

The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and helpful. When the apartment was not suitable for us due to the loud noise from the street, they arranged a different, more quiet acomodation for us within an hour. Great service!!!

Windows facing the street and almost no sound isolation. Very noisy at night. Also the facilities are in need of renovation.

We were 30 mins late to check so had to wait a bit to be let in.

The place is super well located. The flat has all the essentials. Nothing special.

Location. Close to busy street and supermarket

Dirty bathroom, mold in the shower. Poor soundproofing. You can hear everything the neighbors say. Small uncomfortable pillows. Big problem with cleanliness. There was a blanket on the bed and two more blankets in the closet. It all stank of dirty socks from previous guests. They never wash blankets. A very unpleasant stay experience. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible.

We really were absolutely satisfied of this apartment. It’s situated in center, 1,5 km from central station. The room is a bit old from the perspective of repairs , but was absolutely clean and nice. Kitchen is well equipped, shower is a bit old but absolutely clean, no bad smell, no mold. Room is warm, no problems with hot water. Very polite and kind team who answered all our questions, pet friendly place - thank you! We didn’t hear any crazy noise from the street even with open window - just a little bit noisy because it’s center, but nothing what can disturb you. We definitely can recommend this place to stay!

Nothing, everything was as expected and according to the pictures we saw. Place is clean and nice, we are satisfied.
