Very dark and a lack of privacy!

2 minutes from the northen entrance of Bologna central train station. Convenient for staying while passing through by train. Add 10 minutes or so if getting to the southern platforms (near the main entrance) since it requires the stairs or escalators. Big open space and clean bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen.

The owner was quite nice. He helped us locate the property and waited for us, as we arrived late in the evening, which we highly appreciated. The location is very close to the train and bus station. It is a little bit noisy, but it is not an issue.

There was no hot water. Most likely they use bleach in order to disinfect, which is good to know in case you are allergic or very sensitive, but otherwise it shall not concern you. It was not the cleanest place we have been to, cleaning staff should be supervised. There were some stains on the sheets and on the sofa.

The location is very close to the central railway station.

The apartment is badly maintained and most of the appliances don't work. I tried to boil a water but the electrical kettle didn't work. There were no hot water in the bathrom either and since we stayed only for one night we dodn't want to spend time and contact host how to fix that. The apartment is on the ground floor and there is a stong smell of moisture in the rooms. Moreover, there is a very strong smell of chlorine from the bathroom and I couldn't sleep because of that horrible smell. In general the impression is very disappointing. Don't recommend. You won't relax in this place.

there were molds in the bathroom , for which owner wasn't informed and was really sorry. He showed by himself the molds. For longer stay it would need some more kitchen equipment.
