The location is perfect if you need to use the train, as we did, we had an early flight and the train station with the fast train that takes you to the airport is just around the corner. The owner is very kind and helpful, he even left us the vouchers for free snacks aroun the city centre.

Some basic stuff in the bathroom should be changed i.e. the shower curtain is too short and then the water gets out. But it is clean and functional.

Perfect location. If you have to take the train or go to the airport it's the best. The apartment is nice and well equipped.

Nothing almost perfect just a bit recommend towels for the feet and hanging for clothes

Decent low cost option, good location. Would recommend to others. Great for a show stay.

I contacted the host multiple times and had to explain that I’m waiting at the door. They did not answer the phone at first, so I called from a phone of an employee of a restaurant nearby. The host told me is expecting someone else and there is no way I have the reservation and closed the call while I was talking. The host was unprofessional and rude when confronted and after I insisted with phone calls, he told me how to get access to the location. The location has a lot of noise from outside, there is no wi-fi and the walls have mold and dampness as it is partially under the ground. For the price asked the location is horror and I do not recommend it. Avoid avoid avoid if you do not want to risk sleeping on the streets in Bologna.

Host was responsive upon arrival to show us into property. The property was well located to the train station.

Communication was difficult and my questions misunderstood, due to language differences. Bed was super hard. The cradle to hold Shower hose was not operating properly so you had to hold the hose. This should have been fixed prior to us staying. When we arrived we did not notice that the hose was just hanging down. The water in the shower would not drain away properly due to some sort of partial blockage. After being out for the day we came home to no hot water due to some issue with the heating system. It was late in the evening and the host could not get to the property to reset it. We had to try and figure it out ourselves over text with the host, with no success. So we had no ability to have a hot shower and we were departing very early the next morning. The prices had also been driven up by a conference in town on the same days as our stay so added salt into the wound.

It was not clean they said there was air conditioning and there was not could not turn off the light without unscrewing to the bulb to keep the fan running was not clean at all!
