Building needs upgrades, doesn’t look like photos

Alex is an amazing. He was really helpful during our stay. We stayed for 4 weeks at his place.

The additional bedroom needs a dresser to put clothing in, and the cabinet that serves as a closet needs shelves, clothing rod and pulls.. there was no where for me to put things away, I had to leave a lot of my things in my suitcase.

Nothing !!!!!!!very dirty and when you enter the unit smells bad. The shower doesn’t work. The elevator takes forever. You can mention a lot but isn’t worth it.

Location was great. It was walking distance to a lot of places. The condo was clean and comfortable.

The shower was tricky until I figured it out. Not having availability to A.C was a challenge because one room was a little warm to our liking. The condo was great, I’ll definitely stay again. All but one elevator was out of order. The building itself needs updating

Great condo, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, clean linens, great location in downtown Altanta. Easy access by foot to attractions. The hosts were responsive and very hospitable.

The building is right near the freeway and is under construction, which is something to consider if quiet is what you're going for. The pool is not maintained well (ladders broken) and the suite could do with a better deep clean. All this was communicated to the hosts near the end of our stay. I'm confident that with some tweaks, this will be 10/10 for the next guest.

The condo was nice. Very well designed and utilized the space perfectly. My cousins and I had plenty of space to be comfortable. Very clean and well stocked with items that were needed. The location was convenient. Only minutes from all of the city's most visited sights. I appreciated how quickly the host responded when I needed assistance.

There were conflicting details in the Booking.com app and the booking.com emails. The app showed an old door code and no parking details. The emails reflected the current information. Unfortunately, I did not realize the discrepancies until we arrived at the location, so it caused a frantic check-in experience. The security officer was a bit rude. Only one free parking spot. Also, the shower had a faulty faucet. I can tell that the condo is in the midst of being updated so I imagine that will be corrected somewhat soon.
