The view of the city at night was fantastic.

The shower needs some repair and the parking garage needs more security lights and cameras.

I like the location, apartment size, and that the unit had an extra bed.

I didn't like that the shower handles were confusing you couldn't decipher which handle turned on the shower or which one was hot or cold, and also that the stove didn't ignite, so the night I tried to save some money to eat, I had to go out and eat. It was dust on all the light fixtures, and the refrigerator moved when trying to open it.

Host responding was horrible ,. The place was so hot I called and called and emailed and nobody cared to respond or come figure out AC

No breakfast on the property. We had our own in the room

unhelpful staff. We had a blockage in the toilet, no house keeking service in the place, no one in the building was available. We had to make overseas phone call to booking.com that took 30 minutes to get through. It took more than 24 hrs till the problem was solved. We had to use alternative toilets!! We ask for compensation for the grief we went through.
