We enjoyed the view from our 21st floor space. The apartment was nicely decorated. The front desk workers were friendly and helpful. We thought a lot of the issues we came across could easily and inexpensively be fixed - air fresheners/bath mat in the bathroom/batteries in the remotes/etc.

Unfortunately, there were more negatives than positives for our stay here. While the parking garage doesn’t fall under the host’s fault, it was pretty sketchy and if I was only with a group of ladies, I wouldn’t feel that safe. The space we stayed in, slightly looked like the photos posted in the listing, except slightly run down. While it wasn’t the dirtiest place we have ever stayed, it certainly wasn’t the cleanest either. We did find lots of hairs in the bed, crumbs all over the rug, someone’s toothbrush on the bathroom floor, etc. Upon arrival we received an email saying there would be a key fob for entry access to the outside of the building inside a clear box on the coffee table. Our box did not have one - we did finally get one after communicating with the owners. The email also stated that we would also possibly need to reset the modem for the wifi for the tv to work, but we never got that tv to hook up, and I’m not quite sure it was even a smart tv, there were 5 available channels to watch. The clear box provided also contained two remote controls - one for the living room and one for the tv in the bedroom, however there was only one set of batteries for the remotes so even if the tv in the living room did work, you’d need to switch the batteries back and forth in the remotes depending on what tv you wanted to watch. The listing also states that it includes air conditioning under amenities but also stated in the welcoming email is that the entire building is temperature controlled and you really only have control over the desperate fan units in each room. There was also a smell to the living room especially. I can’t even describe it but we did have to buy air fresheners to make it more tolerable. I also understand that Atlanta is a busy city, but it constantly sounded like people were drag racing right outside, all hours of the night. Luckily the host did provide ear plugs. As we were leaving, we did see a roach in the kitchen.

I disliked the building and the location overall especially the parking. It felt unsafe and my partner was not comfortable.

I liked that the property owner was really responsive to any questions I had. It had a great view as well!

There was hair found in the towels and the building is a little older. It’s a very complex process to get in the building.

The room was amazing everything was perfect. The view was also amazing.

I liked everything about the room
