Building and apartment really bad Marihuana smell Floors of apt Dirty

I was nervous with how many bad reviews the condominium has but the room itself speaks volumes! I loved how roomy and beautiful the apartment was! There was so much space and the view was so beautiful. Definitely exceeded my expectations based off reviews.

The building is ran down and old and only one elevator was working but i'm sure that's out of the owners control. The first front desk lady was a little short with me but other than that everyone was super nice and answered any questions I had. There was a smell in the hallways of our floor but that was the only downsides!!

It’s Minutes Away from everything and the downtown view

No ac/ air, cigarette smell, thugs or homeless ppl hangs out in parking lot, some of staff isn’t friendly or welcoming and they are very lazy. The rooms didn’t have any air it was completely hot, the bed and rooms are very small everything is on floor, very small bathrooms not even big enough to move around in , no key for access to property . This made my Whole trip very miserable and uncomfortable especially for my family as well. VERY BAD PLACE THEY NEED TO SHUT THIS PLACE DWN!!!

It was a little dirty in the bathrooms, no broom, hallways were stinky, and rules were not followed for no smoking. Neighbors were smoking pot and cigarettes which filtered into our apartment.

I stay here very often and I have no complaints. The housekeepers are very nice and the hosts are always very accommodating!

The value and the amount of rooms. Also very smooth stay.

Pool in facility wasn’t operational Temperature for as was controlled by hoa, but that’s out of the control for the property. Property was still comfortable. One room didn’t have any ac at all.

Space and location

Needed upgrading to the furniture and the bedrooms. and the building was also being worked on. Location was great. I think once it finished it will be amazing.

The location was perfect! The decor was as shown on the pics.

The ac/heat is controlled by others it was 80 at night and the fans were only circulating the hot air
