The security was very nice and helpful. The parking lot was easy to maneuver.

There is only one elevator! We were on the 18th floor and was having to wait 20+ minutes for an elevator and then it seemed to stop on everything single floor where there was also multiple people waiting as well. The hot water would either freeze you or burn you, there was a hard happy medium.

Did not have good air conditioning the smell of weed was so bad in the elevators I believe someone could get high from it no air in the lobby or in the elevators the pool was so dirty I was afraid to let my kids get in it

Great location. Responsive communication with managers

The accommodations were not clean. We found hair balls behind the bedroom door; fake rose petals scattered throughout the master bedroom; tape stuck on walls from leftover decorations; kitchen floor was very sticky and silverware needed to be washed cause some looked like it was put into the drawers after use without washing. The toilet in one bathroom didn't work but manager got it repaired within 1 day. The shower in 1 bathroom only had cold water so we all used the shower in the master bathroom. The nozzles in that shower were challenging to turn off and on. Elevators and lobby was dirty with papers and trash on the floors. We didn't use the pool.... water looked cloudy. Building is dated but it looked like someone painting was underway.

I didn’t really like anything it’s was bad

The whole apartment smell so bad like mold mildew smell they had ac issues all the homeless ppl around the building.. people cars was broken into.. the parking space you suppose to have other people had them it as a mess I don’t recommend

The apartment itself was clean, well presented, and spacious. Owner was very responsive to things we needed addressed and worked with us to problem solves issues that were out of her control. She was super receptive to suggestions.

The parking lot was trashed, the HOA controls the thermostats and unfortunately it was hot in our unit. Smell of marijuana as soon as you walk up to the building, in the elevators and throughout the building itself despite the mo smoking policy and signage.
