Downtown! 5 Beds! Onsite Parking! City View! New Renovated! LM1806

Location was close to Stadium for the Copa America so we could walk and not worry about parking. We needed 2 parking spaces and it was easy to pay for the one extra and get a spot. Communication was easy and apartment was clean and spacious.

Nothing- it was great

The layout of the unit was perfect for my husband, my daughter’s family and I. It was clean, spacious and nicely decorated.

The unit didn’t have sprinklers and after we realized that a fire occurred earlier this year we felt unsafe being on the 18th floor. My other concern was the unit was hot, and we were unable to regulate the temperature, only one room had a floor unit so we had to open windows which would have been fine except we were downtown and the traffic noise made it hard to sleep.

The appartment is very big. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and a second TV in one of the bedroom. The location is not that bad. 20 minutes walk to Coca Cola World and 15 to downtown.

There is only a small counter for eating with, no real kitchen table, so one of us had to eat in the living room. The check-out is a little bit too much earlier compared to the usual rental place (10am), so don't plan to sleep late. We also had a fire alarm going off for 2 hours from midnight to 2am, so we couldn't sleep well (but we understand it was not the owner fault). He let us use the parking for an extra hour so we can get breakfast outside.
