The location was perfect your nearby everything. The host was prompt in answering any questions or concerns.

Outdated building and pictures are very deceiving. Security has a really bad attitude. If you're bougie and are use to the hotel accommodation this is not the place. They had a fire in December and nothing seems to work. I woke up one day and there was no running water apparently the host new and didn't bother mentioning it. The air conditioning did not work for two days. Good thing it wasn't on one of those hot days and you can not control the thermostat the bldg does. Talk to a few condo owners there and said no bank will finance you to buy a condo there only investors because of all the work that needs to be done.

The location was perfect.I would enjoy using this unit again in the near future.

The pool was not up to par to enjoy.

The unit itself was ok. You could see the imperfections from the remodel of the unit.

The building was very outdated, the hallway was really nasty, the shower liner had mold on it, the couch had burn marks on it and there is a no smoking policy, they had a cot pictured but it wasn’t there when we got there. You can’t see everything that’s wrong in the pictures that is posted but a lot of the furniture in the place looked really worn out. The pool was filthy so we didn’t get to enjoy it during our day time.

Building was old and they doing a lot of repairs also I think they need to keep cleaning supplies in the room especially bleach walls could be painting over air conditioners look rusty at the top

The kitchen was nice. Nice veiw.

The roku TV did not work in the master bedroom I Contacted the The owner and they came in. He played around with the roku. A little and then tell me after about a hour that they were gonna replace the t. V. That never happen. We left Hoping that the t v would be fixed when we got back. When will we return? The door was wide open. Whoever had came in to attempt to fix it, never locked it. We are 2 women in Atlanta. That was very unsafe. But thank God I had my firearm. And I had to check the apartment before. I let my daughter enter with me. I messaged over in advise them. They left the door open and that the TV was never fixed. And they simply tell me they tried everything and the guy even came out to fix and replace the roku. Even though I told them that was incorrect a flat out lie. They then tell me they had done all they could and they were sorry. Sorry wouldn't have helped if all our belongings have been stolen out of the room or if someone was waiting in the room for us to return. They're blatant disregard for our safety sicken.

The actual condo is decorated and remodeled nicely. However, the actual building is old and outdated.
