Downtown! 2BD City view Onsite Parking King LM809

Not recommended! Hosts were non-responsive. Apt is on freeway, terrible traffic noise day and night. Both TV's did not work and could not get host to answer request to fix them for the 5 day stay. No pressure in bathroom sink faucet. Floors were filthy, our barefoot feet bottoms were black from a few hours at the unit. Hair dryer broken. Blinds do not close. Building is almost 60 years old, hallway carpets not shampooed in decades. Hallways smelled of pot and mold. Trash left at the front entrance. Our neighbors complained about cockroaches.

Location is good, walking distance to downtown spots. Nice views from the window. Kitchen was remodeled nicely.

It didn't meet my expectations based on pictures, booking also said master had a king bed, which it does not (at least currently). It's a budget makeover old condo space. There were loud people in the parking lot after midnight for over 15 minutes (security should have made them stop by that point). Thinking it was a bachelorette party perhaps. Roku TV remote needed batteries, didn't work half the time. Views are nice, but windows were very dirty on the outside, so that took from the view.

The setting of the apartment and the kitchen is great and met all our requirements. It was a great time for me and my family. Full cooperation and support from the owner and always swift to answer any questions we have. It really made our stay enjoyable and we had to extend for additional 3 days. The location is great for easy accessibility for glossary shops and others.

The room was nice

If someone takes your parking you will get towed for parking somewhere else the front desk acts as if they have nothing to do with parking but after my car was towed for 200 I got it back they then wanna say oh here’s a parking permit until they get out your spot. Like I paid 200 just for a free permit basically

The place is good and spacious. There are two bedrooms with big beds, one of them really spacious. The kitchen is perfect and the place was clean. The landlord was very responsive and although we had some issues (not because of the property) they helped us a lot. It is located at a 15 to 20 min walk from all the places you need to see.

Good price and Excellent location

The house is fairly old with very thin-glass windows. One hears all the noises from the streets and it's pretty noisy at night.

It was a great property, accurately depicted in the ad. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. Communication with the host was limited because there were no issues; what communication we had was professional, friendly and sensitive to our needs, always available but not intrusive. They hit the mark between too communicative and distant just right. The property was clean and looked relatively new with no obvious signs of wear and tear like one sees in these properties. WiFi was good at 200Mbps average speed and better on ethernet. The kitchen was well-quipped, clean and well-stocked. The location was downtown and close to everything one would want: shopping, restaurants, entertainment and major attractions. All-in-all a great experience and an even better value. I would gladly stay again and highly recommend it
