Downtown! 2BD City view Onsite Parking King LM809

the apartment was nice, clean and roomy (except windows) . with 2 queen bedrooms, sofa and mattress. Kitchen was nice.

The beds were 2 queens. the description says KING LM 809 , but there was no KING bed. Could not reserve a 2nd parking spot online. After 1 hr 30mins waiting for response (tried phone / no answer / txt and email, I parked at public parking for 35 overnight across intersection (I am disabled, so this was a hassle) there were no usb outlets to charge devices. The dining Nook area would have been great if it had its own power outlet. the windows were dirty though. The smaller bedroom had a hard mattress and table lamp did not work. My daughter tried to check in as she arrived a bit earlier, but could not check in because her name was not on the reservation although same last name. Getting a bunch of emails, but getting all the info together would have been nice. too many confusing msgs too much info scattered in diff msgs. Parking was $15 online, but owner says $20 for extra parking space (would have had to be manually added, but first message said we could do it online. The security guard (is this the 24/7 service mentioned? ) was not very helpful. could not help with parking space or other questions. apartment door did not always close / lock properly on exit. had to be pulled back while pressing electronic lock button . Smaller bedroom had no curtain rod to close the blinds. Not possible to get a 2nd fob for 4 adults.

I felt like I was at my home away from home. I loved how responsive my host Alex was.

I was so uncomfortable I felt like something was sittin on my chest I didn’t stay the whole weekend I booked another hotel in buckhead & stayed at the Whitley and it was 10x better I’m from the south part of Georgia I’m not use to big city’s I did not feel comfortable or at ease in the hotel but when I moved and changed to one in buckhead I felt 10x better the hall was here smelt like weed it was just disgusting

The location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable. It was quiet. It was convenient and affordable.

The smell I'm the hallway was awful,. The TV in the bedroom was not set up to work. There was only one bathroom.

Very convenient location with a free parking space. 2 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and adequate kitchen for basic meals. Friendly security guard. Management company communicated well and was transparent about property quirks. Heating system is centralized, so apt. was cold during <45 degree weather. 2 space heaters were provided and this ensured that the living area was warm enough.

While updated, the decor is a bit older than it seems in the photos. If you are a single woman, you may not feel comfortable walking around at night alone as it's dark and there is not much nearby.
