Have never left a bad review before but i have to this time. you could hear every single car that passed by all night long! parking was a nightmare, we paid for parking and got a reserved spot only to arrive to someone in our spot, we were told by the host to contact the front desk for another spot which they gave us only to have someone parked in that as well. we ended up running into the person parked in our original spot and they showed us their reservation for the exact same spot. the front desk staff was very rude the entire stay and told us the host does this with the parking all the time. We ended up having to go across the street and pay for a spot. We also were not told until after we arrived that you have no control of the temperature in your room which was very hot the entire the entire stay. one of the three elevators worked and it was very sketchy. The beds are hard as a rock and the tv in the bedroom does not work.

Very roomie condo, clean and comfortable.

It was easy to get into and had an incredible view of the city. I really liked the decor as well. It was really cute. The property owners were super responsive as well. Very glad they were able to answer questions quickly.

The air conditioning unit wasn’t based on a thermostat. Just wall units. But between those and the ceiling fans, was able to get it nice and cool.

nice apartment with lots of room to work and spread out - views of the city and convenient to the MARTA, and the peachtree area and hotels where my conference was being held. lobby security were friendly, professional and helpful.

I have no complaints.

The apartment's decor was updated and it's right downtown, close to everything.

The apartment building is very old. Guests can't control the temperature in the apartment. Not a good look when the lows are in 40s and 50s. Because the building is old and sits next to the highway you hear every car and truck that passes by all night. Not to mention the people with the loud pipes driving through the city.

Good downtown location and free parking.

Broken fan in bathroom, bedroom tv that doesn't work, missing batteries in remotes, poor internet, noxious cleaning chemical smell, cheap/beat up furniture (like the nightstands) in need of replacing.

Everything was very well set yet from the beginning of my stay. I enjoyed being there all the time. Thanks to the owners I had a great professional meeting experience in Atlanta.

There was just some confusion with the internet in the beginning but after I requested help all was fixed to perfection and I had one of the best quality internet service ever.
