"Poor value for money. Only the location is positive."

The cleaners do not wash dishes and hardly sweep or clean the veranda glass, thus poor visibility. Fan with lights not working properly in kids bedroom. Cupboards can't close in either kids bedrooms. TV not working in bedroom. Safe with no keys.

"Overall the vacation was very nice it was enjoyable with my children"

It's nearer to the beach and the owner thought of all the kitchen utensils and electronics and when you have a problem they are very quick to sort it out thank you for that and I really loved the braai area and the pool

"We loved staying at the boulders!"

we really love our stay at boulders and have stayed there quite often. 106 had everything we need, great kitchen accessories/utensils - has an airfryer, snackwich machine. loved the pool which was always clean. loved the balcony we saw dolphins everyday from there. The proximity to the beach and promenade is also a huge win!

We only got the cleaner in after 8 days, we were leaving on the 9th day, the drain was very blocked so it was a massive flood in our bathroom. the floor tiles were extremely slippery especially when wet/oil spilt and with a toddler was very dangerous. For comfort rating- the fan in the second bedroom wasnt really working well- no high or low. and the office blinds in bedroom and lounge doesnt create a comfortable sleeping/relaxing atmosphere. otherwise was the perfect stay.
