Stunning beach views from the property balcony.

Miamtence of alluminium balcony door and windows from the lounge and a main bedroom that are breaking or need fixing.

Sea view.

View is great but when you sit on the balcony you are in full view of people at the large barbecue facility and the swimming pool - so not private. Flat is rundown, 1.cupboards need a paint inside and out 2. Carpets in base of cupboards are unsightly. 3. Wooden cupboards in kitchen need to be sanded down inside and out and revarnished. 4.No door stops supplied in very windy unit. 5.Globes were broken or not working or very dim. Had to replace 5. 6.Distribution board inside kitchen cupboard is rusted and might be safe but does not look it. On a general note 1.No WiFi, why have satellite TV and no Wifi. 2.No power back up, which in South Africa has become a necessity.

Close to the sea.

The cleaning staff were unfriendly and did not change our towels.

The location of The Boulders is perfectly situated with exceptional sea views and access to the beach, walk way and restaurants Agent promptly delivered new mugs following a complaint about chipped and discoloured mugs

Several maintenance items need attention in this unit and the top floor hall way and building No generator for the lifts during load-shedding for this 5th floor unit Parking is very small for bigger car Strange system with cleaners, one person shows up just to make the bed, then the actual cleaner arrives for the rest, not very convenient for the guest to have multiple people coming and going Small space between bath and toilet, a bigger person will need to move in sideways

Views n space n accessible to the beach Most of all the staff n their service was amazing
