The booking process and Key collection with Candice of Ballito Accommodation was great. Everything was explained in an email, in detail. The location was perfect. We could hear the waves at all times. The units Wi-Fi was really good. Overall a clean unit. It had all the necessary appliances. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean.

The unit was dated, and is in need of a paint touch up. The bathroom was quiet small and dark, however, it was sufficient. Our major upset was that the unit next door was extremely loud and "partied" the whole night, both the Friday night and Saturday nights.

Location was amazing!

Bathroom is a bit old. No aircon in the room and the cutlery/crockery/plates etc is old, chipped and mismatched.

The view is beautiful, and the apartment's location is great and central. The apartment is very spacious with a separate bedroom, lounge, dining, bathroom, and kitchen. It's definitely good for a short or long stay.

The bathroom is dated and could use an upgrade, especially because it is located so close to the beach, so a shower instead of a bath shower would work better for beach goers.

Location, ease of access, proximity to shops + dining, nice kitchen.

Provide a little bit more than 2 role of toilet paper. Although it is expensive, perhaps invest in an air cooler or even aircon - although loadshedding wouldn't be particularly helpful. Maybe all the owners in the building need to talk to body corporate to get a generator to power the elevators and lights in corridors?
