Monello Apartments - Charmanter Altbau

There's no lift and our rooms are in the 4th floor. We did not know about it before arrival. its not easy to carry big suitcases up to the rooms.

Very clean and great location.

We had a large, quiet room in the attic at the back of the house, with kitchen equipment and a large bathroom with walk in shower. The sofa bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space between it and the bed. The building is close to the railway station and the main attractions. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We didn't mind but the room is up several flights of stairs so it isn't suitable for people with mobility issues.

Not a lot It was very clean how ever.

Do not choose this apartment if you have difficulty with stairs. 60 very tight steps up to room 8. No indication of this when making the booking. Parking was reserved in advance but when we arrived was only available for part of our stay. I

The location, the space within the property, the property was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable and it was all at a very reasonable price.

The only down side was the heat. Air conditioning would make the world of difference as the property was like a sauna. I know fans were supplied but all they did was blow around hot air.

The property was right in town. Close walk to everything, even the train station.

We had our windows open. There was street noise but that didn’t bother us.

In walking distance from railway station and city centre. Quite room if you kept windows closed. Very spacious ( although the kitchen is tiny), the unit was very clean. Carpark behi nd the unit, but would only park there with a small car.

Could get hot with windows closed, and if bus or truck drove past, then there was a fibration through the unit, bit like an earthquake, that was a bit strange in the beginning.

Nice clean apartment. Large room with seperate bathroom. Local shop and a 24 hour "vending machine store" only a few yards away and a great bakery just across the road if you want to breakfast. Only about 10 minutes walk from the town and less than 5 minutes from the train station. Very quiet. We never heard any noise during our stay.

Glass door to bathroom and no curtain in bathroom mean it gets light in the morning.
