Monello Apartments - Charmanter Altbau

The room was just for a party of three that didn't plan on spending much time in the room but rather out touring.The location was perfect with many shops, grocery store, and the train station nearby. I didn't meet the staff at the apartment but spoke with them on the phone and they were very nice.

We were in apartment 9 on the third floor, and carrying luggage up the narrow winding steps will be difficult for some people.

Great location. Walking to the train station and the city center is very easy. Communication with the host was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

The owner met us and made every effort to make sure we could access the property without any issues.

Good apartment in a good location

To much noise from the street below, people sat on benches below talking and shouting into the early hours, also people using a 24hr shop over the road. The property was triple glazed so on a cold day/night all was quite but the lack of A/C causes you to open the windows as the apartment was to hot.

Location was fabulous, near the old city but quiet and peaceful. The apartment was beautiful and so open with tall ceilings and large windows. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom large and the kitchen had everything my family of 5 needed. Staff was super helpful, welcoming and easy to work with. Can’t wait to return!!

The room was bright airy. A good walk into the old city.

We did not have a toaster which was mentioned in the description of the property. We rang the manager but he/she did not call back. The manager seemed remote not contactable and not often on the property.
